VeggieMate is a vegetarian recipe, meal‑planning, pantry, and grocery list app. By using VeggieMate, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You can use VeggieMate as a guest without creating an account. As a guest, your saved recipes, pantry, meal plans, and grocery lists are stored only on your device, and they will be lost if you delete the app or change devices, unless you save a backup file from Profile → Back up my data and restore it later. Signing in is optional and free; it backs up and syncs your recipes, meal plan, grocery list, pantry, and settings across your devices, and links VeggieMate Premium to your account.
• Backup and sync is provided as a convenience and is not a guarantee against data loss. Keep your own backup file of anything you cannot afford to lose. If you edit the same item on two devices, the most recent change is kept. Deleting your account deletes your synced data.
• A VeggieMate Premium purchase made as a guest is tied to your App Store or Google Play account and can be restored using Restore Purchases on the same store account.
• Recipe information comes from VeggieMate's built‑in starter recipes and from the Spoonacular recipe service. We do not guarantee that recipe information, ingredient amounts, cooking times, or dietary labels are complete or accurate. Always check ingredients for allergens and dietary needs.
• Premium users can import a recipe from a web link or from pasted text, such as a social‑media caption. Imported recipes are saved privately in the app for your personal use, show a link to their original source, and remain the property of their original authors. You are responsible for using imported content in line with the source website's terms.
• Grocery list amounts may be rounded up to a size you can buy in a shop. Suggested amounts are estimates — check what you need before you shop.
• Nutrition numbers (protein, calories and similar) are estimates from recipe data and food databases, are approximate, and are not medical or dietary advice.
• Cooking Mode and its timers are convenience tools. They do not replace your own attention in the kitchen; timer alerts depend on your device's notification settings.

MoodMints is a wellbeing and journaling app that allows users to track their mood, complete daily reflections, interact with themed visuals, and optionally view rewarded ads to unlock bonus prompts. By using MoodMints, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Mood entries, reflections, and prompt data are stored securely in Firebase Firestore and associated with your account.
• MoodMints may offer rewarded ads that provide additional in‑app content; these ads are optional and are powered by Google AdMob.
• MoodMints Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto‑renewing subscription, or as a one‑time Lifetime purchase. Premium removes ads and unlocks all themes and seasonal styles, mood history and streaks, and other premium features.
• MoodMints is not a medical or mental health tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

Secret Santa Party is a gift‑exchange organizer for groups and families. By using Secret Santa Party, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Secret Santa Party does not use accounts and does not currently offer any in‑app purchases.
• Names and wishlist text are entered by users about themselves or about people they are organizing a gift exchange for, including family members who don't use the app directly. You are responsible for what you enter, and agree not to enter anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share about another person.
• Secret Santa Party is a gifting and social app, not a security product. We do not guarantee against a surprise being spoiled by someone else's device being seen, shared, or compromised, or a screen being glimpsed before a reveal.

Busted is a daily reverse‑trivia game in which players identify a fabricated statement among a set of true facts. By using Busted, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Busted does not require an account. You are signed in anonymously using Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which assigns your device a random identifier with no personal information attached.
• A new round opens every day at midnight. Everyone plays the same six sets. Your first submitted answer for each set is the one that counts toward the daily leaderboard and your streak — it cannot be changed.
• Redo (practice replay) is available after completing a round and does not affect your leaderboard position or streak. Redo may require watching a rewarded ad or purchasing the ad‑free upgrade.
• Streak tracking is stored locally on your device. Risa Apps does not guarantee streak preservation in the event of device loss, app deletion, or technical failure.
• The statements in each round are written and curated by Risa Apps. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of the true statements, Busted is an entertainment product and not an authoritative factual reference.
• Busted may display rewarded ads powered by Google AdMob as an optional way to unlock practice replays. You may remove ads and unlock unlimited redos with a one‑time Premium in‑app purchase; it is not a subscription.

• VeggieMate, MoodMints, and Secret Santa Party are intended for personal, non‑commercial use.
• CoCria may be used for personal or professional purposes, including by studios and teams planning work with clients or colleagues. Collaborators you invite do not need to purchase a plan to join your projects.
• Users must comply with applicable legal age requirements depending on the app's content (e.g., recipes involving alcohol in VeggieMate). Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and you must meet that age to create an account.
• You agree not to misuse the apps, interfere with normal operation, reverse‑engineer them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
• CoCria lets you create projects and invite other people to collaborate. You are responsible for the content you add and for who you invite, and you must not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

• Some features require signing in using third‑party services such as Google Sign‑In, Apple Sign‑In, or email authentication. CoCria requires an account to use. VeggieMate can be used as a guest without an account (see Special terms for VeggieMate).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

• All intellectual property rights in our apps — including design, code, graphics, and branding — belong to Risa Apps.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
• Recipes and suggestions are informational only and may not be suitable for all users.
• MoodMints moods, reflections, themes, and jar designs are proprietary creative assets owned by Risa Apps.

Your content in CoCria

• You keep ownership of the content you create in CoCria — your projects, decisions, options, tasks, notes, and any images you upload.
• You grant Risa Apps a limited, non‑exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the app — including making it visible to the collaborators you invite to or share a project with.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content (including images) you upload and share, and for the people you invite to your projects.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

VeggieMate may display recipes or information that include alcoholic ingredients. This content is intended solely for adults of legal drinking age. Users are responsible for complying with local laws.

• VeggieMate provides meal planning and recipe suggestions for convenience and general information.
• Risa Apps does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
• Consult qualified professionals before making dietary or lifestyle changes.
• We are not responsible for any adverse effects from recipes or meal plans.

Our apps use trusted partners including:

• Firebase (analytics, authentication, crash reporting, performance)
• Google Sign‑In
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Spoonacular API (recipe information, and reading recipes from links in VeggieMate when a page can't be read directly)
• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)
• Firebase Firestore (secure cloud storage for MoodMints mood entries and reflections)
• Google AdMob Rewarded Ads (for unlocking MoodMints bonus prompts)

CoCria uses Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Functions), Sign in with Apple, Google Sign‑In, and RevenueCat. CoCria does not use advertising services and does not show ads.

Busted uses Firebase (Anonymous Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Functions), Google AdMob (rewarded ads — optional), and Apple / Google Play (one‑time in‑app purchase). Busted does not require an account and does not collect personal information.

Secret Santa Party uses Firebase (Anonymous Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging for push notifications) only. Secret Santa Party does not use accounts, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services, and does not show ads.

Their terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.

• Some features require paid auto‑renewing subscriptions.
• CoCria is free to download. Additional capacity is unlocked through optional one‑time in‑app purchases of a plan (Personal, Pro, or Studio), each allowing a different number of active projects. These are not subscriptions: once purchased, a plan remains available without recurring charges, and can be restored on your devices using the same store account.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store where applicable.
• VeggieMate is free to use with ads. VeggieMate Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto‑renewing subscription or as a one‑time Lifetime purchase; the plans offered can differ between app stores. Premium removes ads and unlocks importing recipes from a link or pasted text, every Smart Pantry suggestion, Surprise me and the batch‑cook planner beyond a free first try, the protein sort and filter, daily nutrition totals, and grocery list export without watching an ad.
• Subscriptions, including MoodMints Premium and VeggieMate Premium, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and follow the policies of the respective app stores.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• One‑time purchases, such as MoodMints Lifetime and VeggieMate Lifetime, do not renew and remain available without recurring charges.
• Manage your subscription at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android.
• We do not process or store payment information.

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risa Apps is not liable for damages, data loss, access issues, or problems arising from your use or inability to use the apps. Mood and wellbeing tracking features in MoodMints are informational only and not guaranteed to improve mental health or emotional outcomes. CoCria is a productivity and decision‑making aid; you are responsible for the decisions you make and the content you share with collaborators.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the apps, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the apps at any time. Deleting your account removes cloud‑stored data permanently.

Your use of VeggieMate, MoodMints, and any other Risa Apps products is governed by our Privacy Policy at hellorisa.app/privacy.

• Risa Apps operates as a non‑trader under the EU Digital Services Act.
• VeggieMate is not an online marketplace.
• EU users may contact us regarding concerns or disputes related to digital services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New Zealand unless local laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be highlighted in‑app or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. This includes updates required when launching new Risa Apps products or modifying existing features such as ads, subscriptions, or data storage.
