MoodMints is a wellbeing and journaling app that allows users to track their mood, complete daily reflections, interact with themed visuals, and optionally view rewarded ads to unlock bonus prompts. By using MoodMints, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Mood entries, reflections, and prompt data are stored securely in Firebase Firestore and associated with your account.
• MoodMints may offer rewarded ads that provide additional in‑app content; these ads are optional and are powered by Google AdMob.
• Premium subscription features include removing ads, unlocking unlimited bonus prompts, and accessing additional themes.
• MoodMints is not a medical or mental health tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional care.

Secret Santa Party is a gift‑exchange organizer for groups and families. By using Secret Santa Party, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Secret Santa Party does not use accounts and does not require a purchase to participate. Only a group's organiser might ever pay, for a future unlimited‑draws upgrade — not built yet.
• Names and wishlist text are entered by users about themselves or about people they are organizing a gift exchange for, including family members who don't use the app directly. You are responsible for what you enter, and agree not to enter anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share about another person.
• Secret Santa Party is a gifting and social app, not a security product. We do not guarantee against a surprise being spoiled by someone else's device being seen, shared, or compromised, or a screen being glimpsed before a reveal.

• VeggieMate, MoodMints, CoCria, and Secret Santa Party are intended for personal, non‑commercial use.
• Users must comply with applicable legal age requirements depending on the app's content (e.g., recipes involving alcohol in VeggieMate). Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and you must meet that age to create an account.
• You agree not to misuse the apps, interfere with normal operation, reverse‑engineer them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
• CoCria lets you create projects and invite other people to collaborate. You are responsible for the content you add and for who you invite, and you must not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

• Some features require signing in using third‑party services such as Google Sign‑In, Apple Sign‑In, or email authentication. CoCria requires an account to use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access.

• All intellectual property rights in our apps — including design, code, graphics, and branding — belong to Risa Apps.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
• Recipes and suggestions are informational only and may not be suitable for all users.
• MoodMints moods, reflections, themes, and jar designs are proprietary creative assets owned by Risa Apps.

Your content in CoCria

• You keep ownership of the content you create in CoCria — your projects, decisions, options, tasks, notes, and any images you upload.
• You grant Risa Apps a limited, non‑exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the app — including making it visible to the collaborators you invite to or share a project with.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content (including images) you upload and share, and for the people you invite to your projects.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

VeggieMate may display recipes or information that include alcoholic ingredients. This content is intended solely for adults of legal drinking age. Users are responsible for complying with local laws.

• VeggieMate provides meal planning and recipe suggestions for convenience and general information.
• Risa Apps does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
• Consult qualified professionals before making dietary or lifestyle changes.
• We are not responsible for any adverse effects from recipes or meal plans.

Our apps use trusted partners including:

• Firebase (analytics, authentication, crash reporting, performance)
• Google Sign‑In
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Spoonacular API (recipe information)
• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)
• Firebase Firestore (secure cloud storage for MoodMints mood entries and reflections)
• Google AdMob Rewarded Ads (for unlocking MoodMints bonus prompts)

CoCria uses Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Functions), Sign in with Apple, Google Sign‑In, and RevenueCat. CoCria does not use advertising services and does not show ads.

Secret Santa Party uses Firebase (Anonymous Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Functions) only. Secret Santa Party does not use accounts, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services, and does not show ads.

Their terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.

• Some features require paid auto‑renewing subscriptions.
• CoCria is sold as a one‑time purchase (with optional paid tiers), not a subscription; once purchased, the unlocked features remain available without recurring charges.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store where applicable.
• Subscriptions, including MoodMints Premium and VeggieMate Premium, follow the policies of the respective app stores.
• Manage your subscription at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• We do not process or store payment information.

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risa Apps is not liable for damages, data loss, access issues, or problems arising from your use or inability to use the apps. Mood and wellbeing tracking features in MoodMints are informational only and not guaranteed to improve mental health or emotional outcomes. CoCria is a productivity and decision‑making aid; you are responsible for the decisions you make and the content you share with collaborators.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the apps, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the apps at any time. Deleting your account removes cloud‑stored data permanently.

Your use of VeggieMate, MoodMints, and any other Risa Apps products is governed by our Privacy Policy at hellorisa.app/privacy.

• Risa Apps operates as a non‑trader under the EU Digital Services Act.
• VeggieMate is not an online marketplace.
• EU users may contact us regarding concerns or disputes related to digital services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New Zealand unless local laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be highlighted in‑app or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. This includes updates required when launching new Risa Apps products or modifying existing features such as ads, subscriptions, or data storage.
