What to include in your message
- Which app you're using (for example, VeggieMate).
- Your device model and OS version (iOS or Android).
- A short description of what happened, including any error messages.
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible – they really help.
Response times
I usually reply within a few business days. As a solo founder and mum, there may be occasional delays around holidays or school breaks, but you'll always hear back.
Refunds & subscriptions
All payments for iOS apps are processed by Apple via the App Store. To request a refund, please use Apple's report‑a‑problem page: reportaproblem.apple.com.
For subscription questions (for example, changing plans or cancelling), you can manage your subscription from your Apple ID under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
