• Which app you're using (for example, VeggieMate, MoodMints, CoCria, or Secret Santa Party).
• Your device model and OS version (iOS or Android).
• A short description of what happened, including any error messages.
• Screenshots or screen recordings if possible – they really help.

I usually reply within a few business days. As a solo founder and mum, there may be occasional delays around holidays or school breaks, but you'll always hear back.

All payments for iOS apps are processed by Apple via the App Store. To request a refund, please use Apple's report‑a‑problem page: reportaproblem.apple.com.

For subscription questions (for example, changing plans or cancelling), you can manage your subscription from your Apple ID under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Some apps, such as CoCria, are one‑time purchases rather than subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel, and refunds are still handled by Apple via the report‑a‑problem link above.

Local data (your display name and appearance settings) is stored only on your device. You can delete it any time from Settings → Delete My Data inside the app — no email needed.

Group data (draw groups, participants, wishlists, and assignments) is stored in Firebase. Because the app has no accounts, I look up your data manually. To request deletion, email heloisa.balzaretti@gmail.com with:

• Your display name as it appears in the app.
• The name of the group (or groups) you want deleted.
• The approximate date you joined or created the group.

I'll locate the records and delete them within a few business days, then confirm by reply.

If you organised the group, deleting it removes all participants, wishlists, and assignments permanently. If you were a participant and want only your own entry removed, let me know and I'll handle it individually.
