Delete your
account.

Email us at team@hellorisa.app with the subject line Cria Account Deletion.

Please send the request from the same email address linked to your Cria account, or include it in your message so we can locate your data. Once confirmed, your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 7 days.

• Your account (your display name, email address, and user ID)
• Projects you created — including their decisions, options, tasks, and any cover or option images you uploaded
• Your membership in shared projects (you are removed as a collaborator)
• Your notification token and in-app settings

Please note: content you contributed to a project owned by someone else (for example, decisions or tasks inside a project another person created) may remain visible to that project's other members. Purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play and are not reversed by deleting your account.

After deletion, no account data is retained on our servers.

You can also delete your account directly from within Cria: open the Preferences tab and choose Delete account. This removes your cloud-stored data immediately.
