You can delete your Busted account and all associated game data at any time.
In-app deletion
Busted doesn't use email or password sign-in — every account is anonymous. Delete yours directly from within the app: go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your cloud-stored data immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your streak count and last-played date
- Your record of which rounds you've completed
- Your submitted round outcomes and anonymous Firebase device identifier, stored in our cloud
Because Busted never collects a name, email, or any other personal information, there is no named account to recover — once deleted, that anonymous identifier is gone for good. Purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play and are not reversed by deleting your account.
If you no longer have the app
Because Busted accounts are anonymous, we have no way to look one up by name or email — deletion has to be requested from the device it was created on. If you've uninstalled Busted and want your data removed, email us at heloisa.balzaretti@gmail.com with the subject line Busted Account Deletion and, if you still have it, your anonymous Firebase device ID. Without an identifier we can't locate a specific record, but since nothing in it is tied to your identity, it isn't linked back to you either way.
